A Bigger Battery Without a Thicker Design

One of the most important upgrades could come in the battery department.

Sources claim the iPhone Air 2 may feature a battery with a capacity of around three thousand five hundred milliamp-hours or slightly higher. While that may not seem massive compared to many Android flagships, it represents a noticeable improvement over the original iPhone Air's three thousand one hundred forty-nine milliamp-hour battery.

For an ultra-thin smartphone, that increase alone would be impressive. However, battery capacity is only part of the story.
